In life there are pains that can be dangerous, it would be best to call a doctor, but if you can't, here are some suggestions.

What you should do:

If you had a headache, you should sleep and take pills, these will make the pain disappear.

If you had stomachache, you should rest and eat chicken broth, this will mitigate the stomachache.

If you had earache, you should massage your ears, stay at home and rest.

If you have if you have sore throat, you should mix salt with water and rinse or drink ginger tea.

If you have flu, you should take "Paracetamol", wear warm clothes and rest.

If you have fever, you should take syrups, rest and drink plenty of fluids.

What you shouldn't do:

If you had aerache, you shouldn't listen to loud music.

If you had flu, you shouldn't eat ice cream.

If you had toothche, you shouldn't eat sweets and sugar.

If you have sore throat, you shouldn't drink cold drinks

If you have a headache, you should not look at the screen of your cellphone, laptop or computer.
