In times of pandemic, diseases have caused terrible things, many people died due to not taking proper care of themselves and we have many bad situacions, but in this post we will give you tips to feel better.

🌟If you had stomachache, You should drink tea and take pills.

But as a precaution do not self-medicate, better consult a specialist, these precautions are:

⭐If you had your eyes hurt, you shouldn't see the screen of your phone or laptop.

🌟If you had earache, you shouldn't listen to loud music

⭐If your had flu or worse, you shouldn't touch your eyes, nose or mouth if you have not washed               your hands. Viruses that cause colds can enter your body this way and make you sick.

🌟If you had toothache, you shouldn't eat sweets, drink hot water and not eat acid fruits.

⭐If you had headache, you shouldn't go outside of your home and eat ice cream.
